Products may be available in limited quantities or through pre-order only. We reserve the right to limit quantities or discontinue products at any time.

3. ORDERS & PAYMENT

By placing an order, you agree to provide accurate billing, shipping, and contact information.

Orders are not considered complete until payment has been successfully processed.

Salty Social reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or limit an order when necessary, including in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, inventory issues, or other circumstances that may require cancellation.

4. PRE-ORDERS

Certain products may be offered as pre-orders. Pre-order items are produced after orders are placed and may require additional processing time.

By purchasing a pre-order item, you acknowledge that:

The item may not be immediately available.
Production and shipping times are estimates and may change.
Pre-orders are subject to our No Return / No Refund Policy.
Significant delays will be communicated when possible.

5. NO RETURNS, EXCHANGES, OR REFUNDS

All sales are final.

Salty Social does not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds due to the made-to-order and pre-order nature of our products.

If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at:

Please provide your order number and photographs of the issue so we can review it.

6. SHIPPING

Shipping times vary depending on the product and shipping method selected.

Salty Social is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, holidays, incorrect addresses, or circumstances outside of our control.

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address at checkout.

All Salty Social names, logos, designs, graphics, photographs, artwork, product concepts, written content, and other original materials are owned by or used by permission of Salty Social.
